I'm a homeschooling, home-birthing mom to four beautiful kiddos. I have a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree (unlicensed in the state of SD) and am certified in bioenergetic testing through Qest4, with a wild passion for health and wellness. Helping families not just survive, but thrive, brings me so much joy.
One of my greatest responsibilities in life is creating an environment at home for my family to thrive. That entails so many different aspects, with one of them being reducing toxins in our home and in our bodies. When my son was born seven years ago, I realized how challenging it is to start living a low tox lifestyle without guidance. With a sea of conflicting information and endless options for “safe” products, it was almost impossible to navigate and I began feeling so overwhelmed and anxious about it all. I spent years figuring out how to simplify the process for myself, and now it’s my passion to help simplify it for other busy moms like you! So along with helping you create an energetically balanced life, I'd also love to help you learn how to start making low-tox choices for yourself and the people you love!

I love working with families because as a family you are all energetically connected. Changes in one family members energy field can affect your entire family unit. That is why I love working with parents even if only the child is experiencing some sort of imbalance in their lives.
