Nature of the service
PLACEHOLDER — Bioenergetic testing offers educational wellness insights about energetic patterns and lifestyle awareness. It is not a medical service, does not diagnose or treat disease, and does not replace care from a licensed healthcare provider.
Eligibility
PLACEHOLDER — You must be 18 or older to order for yourself. A parent or legal guardian may order on behalf of a minor and is responsible for the account.
Orders and payment
PLACEHOLDER — Services are paid at booking. Prices shown at checkout apply to that order. Receipts are available in your portal billing section.
Your sample and intake forms
PLACEHOLDER — Testing begins once your sample and completed intake forms are received. Please follow the collection and mailing instructions exactly; samples that arrive unusable may require a replacement sample before testing can continue.
Turnaround and results
PLACEHOLDER — Turnaround windows are estimates that begin when your sample and forms are both received. Reports are delivered to your private portal, not by email attachment.
Appointments and rescheduling
PLACEHOLDER — Review sessions can be rescheduled from your portal up to a stated cutoff before the appointment. Missed appointments without notice may need to be rebooked.
Refunds
PLACEHOLDER — Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before your sample is processed. Once testing has begun, fees for work completed are non-refundable.
Acceptable use of the portal
PLACEHOLDER — Keep your login private, use the portal only for your own care, and do not upload unlawful content or attempt to access other clients' records.
Changes to these terms
PLACEHOLDER — These terms may be updated; material changes will be communicated through the portal or by email.
