Complete Your Intake
Tell Dr. Kimberly Joy about your wellness history, concerns, lifestyle, and goals.
Your intake forms live in your private portal and save as you go which means you can start filling them out and then finish them when the time becomes available.

Send Your Hair Sample & Picture
Follow simple instructions for collecting and mailing your hair sample and upload a selfie.
You'll get step-by-step collection instructions and instructions for how to mail it in your portal. All you need is scissors, a plastic sandwich baggy, a paper envelope, and a stamp.

Sample Received
Dr. Kimberly Joy confirms your sample arrived and logs it to your case.
Your portal status updates the moment your sample is logged, so you never have to wonder whether it made it.

Your Test Is Performed
Testing is completed remotely using the QEST4 bioenergetic testing system.
You don't need to be present, online, or available. Dr. Kimberly Joy runs your scan remotely and reviews the patterns alongside your intake.

Receive Your Results & Follow Up
Your results, insights, and a list of products that balanced with you are uploaded to your portal. Your bioenergetic imprint is mailed to you.
Your reports and practitioner notes are added securely to your client portal, along with any products that balanced with your energetic field (products are purchased separately from the testing protocol). Your personalized bioenergetic imprint is also mailed to you. Ask questions in the secure message center and schedule your remote zoom call to discuss the findings.

Your sample is tested with the QEST4 system
The QEST4 bioenergetic testing system introduces thousands of frequency signatures and records how your energetic field responds to each one. Dr. Kimberly Joy uses those responses, alongside your intake and photo, to build your personalized energetic snapshot.
Everything is done remotely — your hair sample carries the energetic information needed, so you never need to visit an office.
Hair sample & photo instructions
Follow these 6 simple steps:

Start with clean, dry hair
Simply wash your hair and make sure it is dry and free of hair products.

Snip a small amount of hair
You don't need a lot of hair. Even one piece of hair is enough. If you have short hair or are bald, it is Ok to take the hair sample from anywhere on your body. If that is not possible you can opt for a fingernail clipping instead.

Place it in a small plastic sandwich baggy
Seal your hair sample in a small plastic sandwich baggy and label it with your full name and date of birth.

Put it in a small envelope with a stamp
Place the plastic baggy into a small envelope with a stamp and mail it to the address found in your private portal.

Upload a recent selfie in your portal
Take a selfie of what you look like currently and upload it into your private portal.

Mark it mailed in your portal
Open My Testing and select “I Mailed My Sample.” Add the date, carrier, and tracking number if you want Dr. Kimberly to be able to notify you upon its arrival in your portal.
