Complete your secure online intake forms from home. Your answers give Dr. Kimberly important context about your wellness history, current concerns, medications, supplements, lifestyle, and the areas you would most like to improve.

Mail Your Hair Sample
Follow the simple instructions for collecting and mailing your hair sample.
Your portal provides clear instructions for collecting, packaging, and mailing your hair sample. After mailing it, mark it as sent in your portal. Dr. Kimberly will update your journey when the sample arrives.

Dr. Kimberly Performs Your Bioenergetic Test
Testing is completed remotely using the QEST4 bioenergetic testing system.
Once your sample is received, Dr. Kimberly performs your bioenergetic test remotely using the QEST4 system. Your portal keeps you informed while testing is underway, so you can always see where you are in the process.

Receive Your Personalized Results and Wellness Plan
Your results, insights, and Product Considerations are added securely to your portal.
When testing is complete, your personalized results and wellness plan are uploaded securely to your portal. You can review your insights, access a list of products that balanced with you, and follow the next steps provided for your service. Your personalized bioenergetic imprint is mailed directly to you.
The technology
Your sample is tested with the QEST4 system
The QEST4 bioenergetic testing system introduces thousands of frequency signatures and records how your energetic field responds to each one. Dr. Kimberly uses those responses, alongside your intake and photo, to build your personalized energetic snapshot.
Everything is done remotely — your hair sample carries the energetic information needed, so you never need to visit an office.
Hair sample & photo instructions
Follow these 5 simple steps:

Start with clean, dry hair
Simply wash your hair and make sure it is dry and free of hair products.

Snip a small amount of hair
You only need a single to a few strands of hair, and the root is not necessary. If you have long hair, one strand is fine. If your hair is short or taken from other parts of the body rather than the head, cut a few pieces as close to an inch in length as possible. If your hair is less than an inch long, just add a few pieces.

Place it in a small plastic sandwich baggy
Seal your hair sample in a small plastic sandwich baggy and label it with your full name and date of birth.

Put it in a small envelope with a stamp
Place the plastic baggy into a small envelope with a stamp and mail it to the address found below.

Mark it mailed below
Once you've collected your sample and mailed it, click "Mailed Sample" below. That’s it — Dr. Kimberly is notified right away and will mark it received when it arrives.

The mailing address can be found in your client portal once your order is confirmed, so it is never posted publicly.
